1. The service and company

Arabian HMS is operated by Cypher Tech FZ LLC. These terms describe the conditions for using the website and horse stud management service. Any separately agreed written service agreement governs where it conflicts with these terms. This draft is subject to company and legal approval before it becomes the final customer agreement.

2. Accounts and team access

Provide accurate account information, verify your email and protect your sign-in credentials. You must be authorized to act for any farm you create or manage. Farm owners are responsible for invitations, appropriate team permissions and removing access when no longer needed. Do not share accounts or attempt to access another customer’s workspace.

3. Your records and uploads

You retain your rights in records, photos and documents you supply. You grant us permission to process and store them as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for accuracy, lawful collection and having the permissions needed to upload personal information, images, registry files and other protected material. Keep suitable independent copies of important records.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful material, malicious files or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized data extraction.
• Do not bypass source authentication, CAPTCHA, licensing restrictions or rate limits when importing external records.
• Do not use demonstration data as official registration evidence or knowingly submit fabricated pedigrees or show results.

5. Global Registry and external sources

Registry records may be verified, imported but unverified, incomplete or marked as demonstration data. Check identity, provenance and coverage before relying on them. Registry data is not a substitute for an official registration certificate. EAHS, WAHO and other external connections are not live unless authorized, configured and tested. External records remain subject to their source rights and permissions; publication in the service does not grant unrestricted reuse rights.

6. AI and professional decisions

Jawaher AI provides informational assistance using authorized records. Outputs, forecasts, pedigree calculations and rankings may be incomplete or incorrect and require independent verification. The service does not provide veterinary prescriptions or replace qualified veterinary, legal, tax or financial advice. Users remain responsible for animal welfare and operational decisions.

7. Plans and charges

Any applicable price, billing period, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be disclosed and agreed before a paid purchase. No subscription price, refund entitlement or permanent free-service commitment is established by this draft.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be updated, and maintenance, network issues or third-party service interruptions may affect availability. No uptime or recovery-time guarantee applies unless expressly agreed in writing. Customers should verify exported data and maintain business continuity procedures appropriate to their farm.

9. Suspension and account closure

Access may be restricted when necessary to address security risks, unlawful use or breaches of agreed terms. Account closure and data export or deletion requests require verification of authority over the account or farm. Retention may be necessary for legal, audit or security purposes; specific retention and closure arrangements must be confirmed in the final service terms.

10. Intellectual property

The Arabian HMS service, software and branding remain the property of Cypher Tech FZ LLC or their respective rights holders. Your access permits use of the service for its intended purpose, not redistribution of the software or unauthorized use of protected content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your farm records to us.

11. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that all information or predictions are accurate or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific liability limits, governing law and dispute forum require company and legal confirmation; none is invented in this draft.

12. Privacy, updates and contact
